What is brain health?
Brain health is how well our brain works. Our brain controls things like thought, heartbeat, movement, speech, memory, and our senses. When our brains are healthy, we can make better decisions, solve problems and handle our emotions better. Our brains may change as we age, but we can still keep it healthy.

A brain tumor is a group of abnormal cells that grow in the brain. There are two types:
- Benign: Noncancerous and usually harmless.
- Malignant: Can cause cancer and serious health problems.
Symptoms of brain tumors include headaches, changes in vision or hearing, and balance problems. Other conditions such as stroke, depression, anxiety, and trauma can also affect our brain health.
